The most beautiful school near Jingmei River-----Taipei Municipal Shijian Junior High School

Our school was founded in January, 1955. It went under the administration of the Taipei city government by the name of Taipei Municipal Shijian Junior High School.Through the persistent hard work of the past principals, gradually it has established its own honest and earnest school style and has been steadily growing with time, and, moreover, has been deeply praised by the entire society. And for now, under the diligent efforts of both the administrating staff and the students, every student receives the most care and love. To activate every student well in every respect is both our common faith and our striving target.

The geographic environment of the school

The school is located in an education area in Wenshan District, with the rural beauty and tranquility of the country ,and the urban atmosphere and the convenience of the city. Students being completely devoted to studies, its studying climate is excellent. The campus covers a vast area of 22,824 square meters.
The campus has some buildings----Chung-shao Building, Jen-ai Building, Shing-i Building, Ho-ping Building, Shi-jian Building, and a multi-functional building----Activity Center-----all these buildings accompanied by a beautiful octagon parterre, a water lily pond, and some ways of red paved bricks. Watched from any angle, The views of the school campus are surely enjoyable. Such wonderful certainly help students to grow well and learn better.
